Bunnie Update

Let me tell you something, these babies are allot of fun and allot of worry!
Bugg's babies are getting so big and are so darn cute! She feeds them like a good mommy no matter who is in the room she takes amazing care of those little beauties.
Carmal on the other hand is a "closet feeder"! She will not feed if anyone is around. So I keep thinking she is not feeding them, I actually put Bugg's in with Carmals babies hoping she would feed them but she didn't.  I have now caught a couple of glimpses of Carmal feeding random babies, but not all of them at once.  She worries me. The babies look fine, but they don't seem to be growing as fast as Bugg's babies. It is possible that Bugg's had her babies a day earlier than we think, that would make a difference. So far, so good with Carmals litter, they are all surviving, some are chubbier than others, but I will just keep my fingers crossed.  Carmal is a little more nervous of a Bunnie than Bugg's so she may just be more shy about feeding. Everything I read says rabbit ignore their babies as not to draw attention/danger to them.

Bugg's stands over all her babies as all the websites I have read discribed she would. Carmal seems to lie on her side like a cat and let them wiggle over to her, from what little I have caught a peak of anyway.  I am just keeping my fingers and my toes crossed.

I have no new pictures yet today, as when I was getting ready to leave the house Bugg's was feeding her babies and I peaked at Carmal and was happy to see one of her babies feeding. So I did not want to disterb her by taking pictures.  I will take some tonight and post them.

Daddy "Wascal" (as a teenage bunny)

This morning my husband was cleaning out the cage for our 3 bunnies Sunday morning and found this nest of babies in the nursery box.  So we brought them in the house, nest and all to keep them warm.  We knew which one is the mother by the colour of fur that lined the nest.

Techniques for using chip board

Hi all! Kelli here with a  tutorial which is all about chipboard! Here we go!!

Chipboard Covered With Paper

MATERIALS NEEDED:
1. Adhesive sheets (a retired product from CTMH that I purchased sooooooo many packages of when the retired) or any adhesive of your choice.
2. Dimensional Elements from CTMH, otherwise known as Chipboard! In letters and shapes.

3. Finishing Files by CTMH were the perfect tool to finish the edges of my letters. You can use your
favorite sanding tools!

TRY IT YOURSELF!

* Trace your letter or shape onto your adhesive sheet
* Trace your letter face down onto the "wrong" side of the paper you're using to cover your chipboard
* Adhere the adhesive sheet to the chipboard
* Adhere the paper to the chipboard
* Use your finishing tools to file off the excess paper around the edges of the chipboard

If you are not using adhesive sheets, use the same tracing method directly onto your paper and follow the remaining steps adhering your paper to the chip board with an adhesive of your choice.

Co-ordinating 3D letters for you Project is easy and fun!

Chipboard Sprayed With Homemade Glimmer Mist

This glimmer spray paint is super shinny and glittery when light reflects one way on it.

Then you see the rich close to my heart colour when the light reflects another way.

It's very scientific!! Not! Very Simple! Yes!

Mix 50 % Create a Shade Glimmer paint by Close to My Heart and 50% alcohol (you can get it at you local $1 store) Now add as much Colour Re-inker in your Favorite Close to My Heart Shade to get your desired colour in a small spray bottle (again your local $1 store). Shake it up really well and you get a fabulous glimmer spay paint that you can use for many different projects!

Simple, Cheap, Beautiful!
