More Retreat Info!

I have spoken to the retreat co-ordinator today she is
going to look into other fall dates for us to ensure it
is a weekend where it does not conflict with holidays
etc. She is going to get me a sample menu, and she
is going to forward me interior photos.

I think I have two people on board to run a class each
during the retreat which will be free, and will be 100%
optional, for you to take or not.

Please if you have any suggestions of what you would
like to see in a retreat please comment about it.

Update to "Retreat"

To ensure we have the best retreat possible,
We are looking into a couple of alternate dates,
The date will possibly be November.
We know that the Oct date will be harder
For some to make a committment to.

We are working on different Idea's!
> Having a couple of free technique classes,
if you wish to take them.
> Having a gathering of different product lines,
Close to My Heart, Stampin Up, and
Creative Memories. We have invited
Catherine Black of Stampin Up, and
Dianne Scott of Creative memories to Join Us.
You all seemed to really enjoy Catherines
Distressing Class!

If you have any idea's add a comment and
let us know. We are open to just about anything
and if it works we will make it an annual event!

Inspired by " Things I have and don't know what to do with"

There are Three Items I have large quantity of and have used
very little, because I was feeling uninspired by them.
But sitting at my scrapbooking table tonight a "light blub came on"
using them together, I have endless inspiration!
1. Adhesive sheets (a retired product from CTMH that I
purchased sooooooo many packages of when the retired.
2. Dimensional Elements from CTMH, otherwise know
as Chipboard! In letters and shapes.
3. Finshing Files by CTMH were the perfect tool to
finishe the edges of my letters.
I placed my letter top side "down" and traced it on the "Adhesive sheet",
the I took the side of the opposite side of the "Adhesive sheet" off and
adheared it to the "back" side of the paper, (NOT the side you want to show",
I cut the letter out with sizzors, and took the second side of the "Adhesive sheet"
off and stuck it to the letter, then I used my finishing tools and worked the edges
of the paper down around the letter, it is actually ok to cut a smidge extra
around the letter to pull down with your "finishing tools".
Co-ordinating 3D letters for you Project!
