The Halloween Party

My children spent weeks planning their pre-trick or treating Halloween party! My husband spent days turning our livingroom into a prefectly creepy party area and I spent a whole day cooking edible body parts etc.  The the day of the Party my daughter fell ill with what allot of people think was H1N1, in anycase it was a really nasty flu, and she missed a week of school.  She was a trooper and sat upon her thrown (know as half layed on the coutch LOL) while her friends partied around her. Such a shame!

Christmas Card by Jenn

Jennifer is my Niece, and she lives for scrapbooking and card making, on our retreat she was working with different mediums, and experimenting! Here is a card she was working on. Her inspiration is her mom, my sister's dog "Maisy".  This is Maisy watching the 2008 Santa Claus Parade with my Sister Sue!

Nascar 2009

This is a page about a group of friends from Canada who travel to the USA every June for a Nascar Race, where they meet an even larger group of friends who are from the USA for a few days of fun and racing!  This has been going on for many years, and this is the first of many years to come that the Canadian wife's joined in on the fun, and from what I hear, the Canadian husbands are not allowed to attend anymore with out us!
Sorry Guy's! They loved us, No more Guy's Weekend!

Fun was had by all! Retreat November 2009

You could not have asked for a better group of ladies to spend a weekend with! Unfortunately we only have about half of our group for this picture, we should have done it Saturday afternoon but there was just no time with all the creative juices flowing, and the wonderful classes being taught by Pam and Catherine! Thank you ladies for making this a great weekend! I can not wait until we all gather again in June!

Guest Scrapbooker: Kim

Kim is a very Inspired Scrapbooker!  Not one minute of our retreat was waisted, she worked diligently on an incredible book about her family trip to Disney!  I really enjoyed meeting Kim again, we share a mutal friend and have crossed social paths in the past. I will be publishing pages of her work over the next little while, and really lookforward to spending time with her and the rest of the ladies again soon! Thanks Kim for sharing your "Magic of Disney" with us!

Leaving A comment to Win Blog Candy! Free Stamps worth $150

It was brought to my attention today by my wonderful friend in Barrie that people are having difficulty leaving comments to link themselves for the blog candy contest. The simplest way, especially if you don't have a blog, is to go to the post for the blog candy on the 27th, double click at the bottom where it same the number of comments that have been left. Go to the bottom again where is says post a comment, double click. Type your comment in the box, remember to put your name, and choose anonymous. That will post your comment.  If all else fails, email me here kelli_ctmh@rogers.com, with your comment and I can post it for you.  Go luck!
